Step 1 Open the image then click at Pen Tool

Step 2 Draw the outside object. Like this:

Step 3 Then press Ctrl + Enter. You can see like this:

Step 4 Go to Image > Adjustment > Desaturate then press Ctrl + D. Do a same step for other area you want to see black and white.
